Rule 1: A smile goes a long way... the locals and your fellow visitors have lots of information to share with a friendly inquiring soul.
Rule 2: The riches are to be found on the journey, not the destination. Translation: Don't rush off looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, instead take time to enjoy the rainbow.
Rule 3: Every side road is an adventure waiting to happen.
Rule 4: Leave the 'aina the way you found it. Do not remove sacred lava rocks from anywhere. |
